How do I become a Certified Scrum Product Owner® (CSPO®)?Below is the process to become a CSPO®: 1. Register for a CSPO course conducted by a CST( Certified Scrum Trainer ), the course should be 14 hours of live online or 16 hours of in-person training with your CST 2. Upon successful completion of the course, CST will send you a link to create login on ScrumAlliance. 3. After you create your login on Scrum Alliance, you will need to accept the License Agreement and you will receive CSPO designation & a 2-year membership from Scrum Alliance 4. The certification in order to stay active needs to be renewed once every two years.

Upon successfully completing the training, you will receive a certification.
Does Scrum Alliance offer Virtual/Online Classes ?With the continued spread of COVID-19 (coronavirus), Scrum Alliance is temporarily allowing all of the courses to be in an online format.
After working as CSPO for 1 year, what are the next steps?"After earning your CSM certification and a year of experience working as a Product Owner on a Scrum Team , you become eligible to get Advanced Certified Product Owner (A-CSPO℠) certification.
What is the Validity of CSPO certification?The CSPO certification is valid for 2 years after your attend the course. You have to submit a predetermined number of Scrum Education Units (SEUs) along with a renewal fee, in order to maintain the certification after a period of two years.
